Head back to those head days in 1985 when the DeLorean seemed futuristic, M ichael J. Fox was about to become a huge star and we had no idea how much fun these three films would give us. Back To The Future introduces us to Marty McFly (Fox) who helps out local eccentric scientist Dr. Emmett L. Brown (Christopher Lloyd) with hi s experiments. His latest ideas concern the possiblilty of time travel and to test his theory Marty meets the Doc late at night in a supermarket car park. Here he unveils his time travel machine, a customised DeLorean, that he`s convinced can travel in ti me. Through a series of mishaps its Marty that gets blasted back into the past and winds up back in the 50s, where he manages to interfere in his parents first meeting, meaning if he doesn`t get them together he might never exist at all. With the help of the 50s Doc, Marty must get his parents to fall in love and get himself, back to the future. Back To The Future 2 picks ups the story at the exact second the previous film finished with Doc dragging Marty and his girlfriend into the future to help sort out their kids. This time things get very complicated as Marty and Doc skip through time backwards and forwards causing all sorts of paradoxes and having to figure out how to stop local bully, Biff from becoming a billionaire and turning their town into a no go zone. Back To The Future 3 rounds off the trilogy with the Doc stuck back in time in the Wild West and about to be murdered by `Mad Dog` Tannen. It`s up to Marty to save the day as he heads back to the days of the cowboys and sets about helping the Doc fight off the villains, set time straight once and for all, and then work out just how their going to get back to the 80s with no power left in the DeLorean.
