You will be automatically entered in the Musician’s Friend/Mackie 2002 Sweepstakes each time you place an order through the Musician’s Friend catalog from January 28, 2002, through March 31, 2002 (the “Sweepstakes Period”). All orders placed on the Online Music Warehouse website will also qualify as an entry. The person placing the order shall be deemed to be the entrant even if the products are shipped to someone else. To enter the Sweepstakes without ordering from Musician’s Friend, send your name, address, city, state, zip code, phone number, and email address on a 3x5 index card in a business size (#10) envelope to “Musician’s Friend/Mackie 2002,” P.O. Box 4370, Medford, OR 97501. Each entry must be mailed in a separate envelope. The entry, including addressing on the envelope, must be in entrant’s personal handwriting. No mechanically reproduced or electronically produced entries will be accepted. Sweepstakes is open to legal U.S. residents, age 18 or over. Employees of Musician’s Friend, Inc. and members of their families living in the same household are not eligible to enter this Sweepstakes. Your order or entry form must be received during the Sweepstakes Period for you to be eligible to win. Musician’s Friend is not responsible for lost, late, illegible, postage-due, or misdirected mail. Entries that are mutilated, altered, tampered with, illegible, or that contain printing errors are void. All entries become the property of Musician’s Friend and will not be returned. Prize: Winner will receive a Mackie Dream Studio consisting of a 24•8 Analog 8•Bus Console, a 24•8 Meter Bridge, an HDR 24/96 Digital Recorder, three AI/O•8 Interface Cards, and two HR 824 Studio Monitors. Approximate retail value of prize is $12,220.00. One winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted on April 15, 2002. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. The potential winner will be notified by mail and must return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability, a completed W-9 form for tax reporting purposes, and (where permitted by law) a Publicity Release within 14 days of notification, or prize will be awarded to an alternate winner. If a winner is unable or unwilling to accept a prize for any reason, an alternate winner will be selected from the remaining eligible entries.
