Crucial products are of the highest quality. It's rare for customers to need to return their memory. However, if you're not satisfied with your purchase, please call or e-mail us at crucial.service@micron.com right away so that we can arrange for a return. How do I return an item during the 30-day trial period? To return your memory within 30 days of purchase, please call or e-mail us at crucial.service@micron.com to obtain a return material authorization (RMA) number before sending your product back to Crucial. We will gladly credit your account or original credit card (we cannot credit your return to a different credit card) or exchange your memory using one of the following methods. Return for Credit: If you are within our 30-day acceptance policy, you may return your product for credit (excluding freight charges). Please review our Terms and Conditions . Cross-ship: Crucial will ship your new product if you agree to have the purchase charged to your credit card (if applicable) at the time of shipment. When Crucial receives the returned product, we'll issue you a credit within 7-10 days. Wait to Receive: Pricing will need to match on the product being returned and the replacement part(s) being shipped to you. Crucial will ship your new product after we receive your return. No debits or credits will be issued. This method takes a little bit longer due to the shipping time. If pricing does not match, we can set up your exchange on cross-ship terms.
