It is important that you request removal of packaging and old appliances, except for refrigeration, at the time of ordering. Connection of appliances can only be made within 1 metre of your existing approved energy supplies. Washing machines and dishwashers will only be connected if the site is clear and only to the existing fittings and pipework. If you choose the delivery only service when purchasing a cooker, you should ensure it is installed by a suitably qualified person, e.g. a Corgi registered gas fitter.
