Internet offers relate to Internet transactions only and may not be available in store. Likewise, temporary or local special offers in store do not apply to Internet prices. No. 698797922, Registered Office 1 Welbeck Street, London W1G 0AA. Order acknowledgement Your order will be acknowledged via email on the understanding that delivery is subject to availability. Occasionally we may be unable to deliver in the event that stock runs out or is withdrawn, or if circumstances arise beyond our control. In any of these events, we will advise you as soon as we are able and will issue an immediate refund of any payment made. We do not currently offer a back orders service for products that are not available at the time of purchase. If any items in a gift order are unavailable, we will cancel your order and notify you via email. This will discharge any liability for failure to deliver goods. Payment Payment may be made by any of the methods indicated on our website and will be debited once the goods have been allocated to your order. You will be charged the current price for buying goods and services from our website at the date you place your order. All prices are quoted on our website and are inclusive of VAT at 17.5% where applicable. We reserve the right to amend prices if there is a change in the rate of VAT. A delivery charge of £3.50 for Standard delivery is added per order. Our optional Gift Wrap Service is charged at £3 per order. However, please note, we are unable to wrap some larger items. If you select gift wrapping for such items, you will not be charged. We make every effort to ensure that prices shown are correct, but very occasionally an error may occur. In this event, we will amend the price and ask you to confirm whether you still wish to purchase the goods at the correct price. Debenhams Card Handling Services Ltd (DCHS) processes all card payments made by our customers (excluding payments made by Amex and at our Dublin store) for a fee of 2.5% which is included in the price quoted. Customers paying by credit or debit card agree to pay this fee to DCHS. The total price paid remains the same. Delivery We aim to deliver goods within three to four working days from receipt of your order. We will inform you as soon as we are able if there is likely to be a delay. Deliveries are made Monday to Saturday. General All measurements quoted on our website are approximate. If a product you have ordered is recalled for any reason you will be contacted. The reproduction of colours on our website is as accurate as the photographic and production processes allow. Variations may occur according to your monitor set up.
