In store prices apply to online wedding gift list purchases. Local store and Internet offers are not applicable. However, 12-Hour Spectacular discounts do apply on selected items and will be actioned when your purchase is processed. Occasionally we may be unable to fulfil your order and, if so, we will not be liable for failure to deliver the goods in question. However, if you have agreed to a substitution which is available, we will give you details of the substituted gift when we post your receipt. In the unlikely event you are unhappy with the alternative gift selected for the bride & groom, you have the right to cancel the order (under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations). To do so please contact the store holding the wedding list. In this situation (only) Debenhams will bear the cost, if any, of returning the gift to the store. Payment Payment may be made by any of the methods indicated on our website and will be debited when we have allocated the goods to your order. You will be charged the current price for buying goods and services from our website at the date you place your order. All prices are displayed on our website and are inclusive of VAT, where applicable, at 17.5%. We reserve the right to amend prices if there is a change in the rate of VAT. A delivery charge of £3.50 per order is added, except for wedding gift card top-ups. Our optional gift wrap is charged at £3.00 per order. However please note, we are unable to wrap some larger items or wedding gift card top-ups. If you select the gift wrap option on the site and we subsequently find we cannot wrap your choice, you will not be charged. We do our best to make sure that prices are correctly shown but very occasionally an error may occur. If this should happen, we will correct the price and ask you to confirm whether you still want to purchase the goods at the correct price. Debenhams Card Handling Services Ltd (DCHS) processes all card payments (excluding payments made by Amex and at our Dublin Store) made by our customers for a fee of 2.5% included in the price paid. Customers paying by credit or debit card agree to pay this fee to DCHS. The total price paid remains the same. Delivery Delivery dates are arranged in advance with the bride and groom. Special orders may take up to 12 weeks for delivery. We will let you know as soon as we can if there is likely to be a delay. General All measurements are approximate. The reproduction of colours is as accurate as the photographic and production process will allow. All matters concerning and incidental to any offer or agreement for the purchase and sale of goods from our website shall be construed and governed according to English law and the English courts shall have jurisdiction in all such matters. Cancellation If, for any reason, you are unhappy with the gift chosen you may cancel it anytime up to eight working days after delivery to the bride and groom by contacting the store holding the wedding list. If you cancel before your gift is delivered to the bride and groom you are asked to contact, in writing, the store holding the wedding list to obtain a full credit / refund. If you cancel after the gift has been delivered to the bride and groom you are asked to arrange for the gift to be returned, in person or by post at your expense, to the store holding the wedding list for a full credit / refund.
