Internet offers relate to Internet transactions only and may not be available in store. Likewise (temporary or local) special offers in store do not apply to Internet prices. Order acknowledgement You will receive an email acknowledgement, if you enter a correct email address, on the understanding that delivery is subject to availability. You will then receive a second email to notify you that your flowers have been despatched for delivery. Payment Payment may be made by any of the methods indicated on our website and will be debited when we receive your order. If any credit or debit card offered for payment is declined by the card provider, Debenhams will make every effort to contact you on the number given at the time of ordering for an alternative form of payment. If, for whatever reason, Debenhams are unable to contact you an alternative form of payment is not provided, the order will be cancelled. You will be charged the current price for buying goods from our website at the date you place your order. All prices are displayed on our website and are inclusive of VAT and delivery charges. We do our best to make sure that prices are correctly shown, but very occasionally an error may occur due to systems failure. If this should happen or the VAT rate changes, we will correct the price and ask you to confirm whether or not you wish us to complete your order. Delivery We aim to deliver flowers where possible, on the day(s) you request. There are no deliveries on Sunday, Bank Holidays or the day after a Bank Holiday. We deliver to most UK mainland postal addresses and the specified Scottish Highlands and Islands. Please allow for an extra day plus an additional £5 charge for deliveries to specified Highlands and Islands. Unfortunately, we do not deliver outside the UK, including Southern Ireland, Channel Islands, specified Highlands and Islands and BFPO addresses. Purchases of products containing alcohol can only be made by persons of 18 years or over. Any such purchases should be made by credit card. The Company reserves the right to refuse any sale at its discretion. Wherever possible, for security a signature will be obtained on delivery. If the intended recipient is not available or the circumstances do not permit delivery directly to the recipient, we will endeavour to leave the flowers in a safe place. Any signature obtained on delivery will be proof of that delivery. Whilst we make every effort to deliver your goods on your specified delivery date, we cannot be held responsible if we are unable to do this due to circumstances beyond our control. Occasionally we may be unable to deliver due to non-availability of stock or unforeseen circumstances. If such a problem arises we will issue you with a refund of any payment made. This will discharge any liability for failure to deliver your order. General The reproduction of colours is as accurate as the photographic and production process will allow. All matters concerning and incidental to any offer or agreement for the purchase and sale of goods from our website shall be construed and governed according to English law and the English courts shall have jurisdiction in all such matters. Cancellation Cancellation can only be accepted if received 24 hours before the requested delivery date or before any last given order date and 48 hours notice for deliveries to Highlands and Islands. Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays or Bank Holidays will be treated as having been received by us on the following working day. You may cancel your order at any time until accepted by us. For practical reasons, flowers are non-returnable. This does not affect your statutory rights. Please do not return any items purchased online or via the flowers order line to Debenhams stores as immediate refunds cannot be issued. Due to their nature, these offers are subject to availability. In the event of supply difficulties, we will substitute flowers or packaging of equal quality and value.
