Occasionally we may be unable to deliver if stock runs out or is withdrawn or circumstances arise beyond our control. If such a problem arises, we will advise you as soon as we can and you will be issued with an immediate refund of any payment made. This will discharge any liability for failure to deliver the goods in question. Payment Payment may be made by any of the methods indicated on our website and will be debited when we receive your order. You will be charged the current price for buying goods from our website at the date you place your order. All prices are displayed on our website and are inclusive of VAT, where applicable, at 17.5%. We reserve the right to amend prices if there is a change in the rate of VAT. A delivery charge of £3.50 per order is added but delivery is free for any order over £300. Delivery Where goods are delivered by courier, we aim to deliver 4 - 5 working days after receiving your order. We will let you know as soon as we can if there is likely to be a delay. Where goods are delivered to your home directly by the manufacturer, Debenhams Direct or the manufacturer will call you to discuss a delivery date. Included in the description of an item on our website will advise you whether the delivery is made to your home directly by the manufacturer. Deliveries of these items will generally take a minimum of 15 working days. Delivery of larger items is made between Monday to Friday during normal working hours. A signature will be required to acknowledge delivery. The signature of the person accepting delivery at the delivery address will be proof that you or the person to whom the order is addressed, has received the delivery. General All measurements are approximate. The reproduction of colours is as accurate as the photographic and production process will allow.
