Connection & installation You only pay one delivery charge per order, no matter how many products you buy. We offer a comprehensive range of delivery and connection services detailed on this page and on the connection & installation page. Large product delivery For larger products including washing machines, refrigeration and large screen TVs, we deliver seven days a week using our dedicated delivery fleet of over three hundred vehicles. Not only can you choose the date of delivery when purchasing your product, you can also opt for an all day, morning or afternoon, or before 10am delivery (see below for time slots). Our delivery drivers are fully trained to provide a connection service on all laundry products, TVs and free standing electric cookers to ensure that your new product is fully functional when the driver leaves your home. Delivery Guarantee We guarantee to deliver your product when we say we will or we will give you your delivery charge back. If you opt for a connection or tune in service we will refund this too. We can also remove old appliances free of charge (except refrigeration products) if you ask us to do so when you place your order, as well as disconnect old laundry and dishwasher appliances if the water and electricity points are easily accessible. Due to new European legislation refrigeration products have to be disposed of by specialist contractors. For £15 Comet can remove your refrigeration product and arrange for it to be disposed of correctly. You will be able to select this service on the delivery details page. To make things easy for you will even take away the packaging and recycle it (Comet has received a national award for it’s recycling initiative). These items can be delivered from Monday to Saturday and you can choose the date of delivery that is most convenient for you. You can also select a morning delivery option (Mon to Fri only) if you do not want to wait all day for your delivery. To safeguard your product our carriers do not leave products unless they receive a signature to confirm delivery.
