"This is a beautiful backpack style purse with a great concept. However, it needs 2 major improvements. 1) the inside lining on the side outside pockets gets caught in the zipper too easily; and 2) The clasp that keeps the purse top folded together is too difficult to work. The tap that you are suppose to press down on is too short and too sharp. The two fingers of the clasp are too long - it takes too much effort to hold them open enough to unhock them from the ring. This is not a purse to get into and out of quickly. The purse needs a quicker release mechanism. I love all the pockets for organization. The leather is soft and rich looking. The size is perfect. And except for the 2 problems listed above, I would buy this purse again. However, considering it's current problems, it's a bit pricey to put up with these problems." Really soft leather and very stylish! I can fit a huge amount into it and still be comfortable carrying it. I have not found any flaws; the straps are a great length, and the clasp, while stiff, is very strong and secure. I feel that the stiff clasp is an added deterrent against pickpockets when I wear the bag in the city. And yes, it is that cute! It is my all around day bag. The organization is fantastic. I do find that the magnetic snap on the front flap is a weak feature - it often does not stay closed and that is the best location for my palm. That needs a more secure clasp like a velcro backup or a simple buckle loop. I have also found that the very sturdy clasp on the top is perhaps more sturdy than it needs to be. or at least it could be a bit more easy to use. I am developing arthritis in my hands and that clasp is a bit tricky. I do like the security, so have not figured out a solution that would provide the security but would be easier for stiff fingers. I do love the quality of your bags. I had not heard of them until my cousin went to work for your company and told me of the quality. I have since bought suitcases for my daughter-in-law as well as this purse/backpack. I will certainly be buying more. P.S.
