I keep my commuter card and work ID in the front flap zippered compartment, my money and credit cards in the expandable front compartment, my paperback book, palm pilot, letters and other incidentals in the main compartment, lipsticks in the small interior zippered compartment and the change purse in the back compartment. The shoulder strap is the right length. I can reach anything in seconds with one hand which is important for someone like me that's always on the go. And the cell phone section is secure with a quick zip, not cheap velcro (I lost two phones with other bags that way). The only thing I would change is that it be an inch or so wider so #10 envelopes would fit better. But a great bag overall." The zippered front pockt is great for stuff you need/want to have on you, but don't need everyday. Change purse is handy so you don't have to dig at the bottom of your bag.
