"This is the first backpack-style bag I have ever tried, but I actually use it as a sling and find carrying it to be much more comfortable than a traditional shoulder bag. The two straps help it stay on the shoulder better, and the sling position distributes its weight more comfortably. It is very well-made, the leather is soft and of high-quality. There are several pockets, two inside and two outside, one of which is on the front and easily accessible for car keys. The handle on top is a useful option, and the magnetic snap closure at the top is handy, too. The bag is attractive, not too large, but it holds everything I need with ample room to spare. Though not inexpensive, it is a good value, especially compared with similar high-end bags on the market. Obviously a great deal of thought went into this design. I researched many other choices before making this purchase, none of which offered the features that this one did. The only drawback worth mentioning is that it is not light in weight, but few quality leather bags are." "I was concerned about buying a bag that I have never physically seen or held, but I was so happy when it arrived. It holds more than I imagined - I can even get my daughter's diapers and changing pad in there with my wallet and other things. And it looks even better than the photo. The leather is amazingly soft and I love how there are no labels or tags. It would be nice to have another pocket, but I couldn't imagine where they could put it." There is a convienient outside front pocket for quick access to cell phone. I was concerned that it was going to be too small, as I carry waller, make-up, PDA, phone, etc - but the size proved to be just perfect! When worn as a backpack, I also like that it looks like a stylish purse, not a hiking type backpack."
