"The bag arrived damaged with one of the base supports broken off - if it couldn't stand the shipping imagine how long it would last in day to day use! The bag was poorly constructed. Stitch lines were in many cases, single as opposed to double - sure to unravel over time. I have genuine concerns about this product's long term durability. It was also ungainly and quite ugly to boot." "Not enough room for many clothes. Poor accommodations for shoes. Poor quality - chains that are used to hang from doorways are weak, they both bent open at the clasp end after one use. I travel quite often and need certain things from a bag, overall I was very disappointed in the bag. I will be looking for another bag."
