Number one, my garment bag arrived with only one combination lock which DID NOT WORK correctly and also this bag calls for the use of TWO LOCKS! Also, there were NO HANGERS included with my purchase. I have never yet bought any garment bag that did not come supplied with hangers. Overall I'm pleased with Lark's quality but would appreciate your attention to these issues which lead me to question making future purchases through ebags!"
