"This is a nice looking bag, and it's really light-weight and easy to maneuver. However, the zipper which goes all around is very difficult to close, especially in corners, and it's very annoying. Next time I'll buy a garment bag in a store where I can test the zipper." "I really like the way the luggage is designed. Its VERY roomy, yet doesn't look all that big. There is one little flaw - One of the zippers is stuck (and has been since we received it). I still have not USED this bag, but plan to in the very near future. I'm hoping to be able to get the zipper unstuck before my trip. Overall, I'm very pleased with the purchase. I'm now awaiting my 2nd purchase from eBags. I would not have returned to eBags if it was an unpleasant experience."
