I bought this bag for Charlie for his bday. He recently had to go to Atlanta on the 20th of October and called me from the airport because the zipper around the telesopic handle broke. He was so upset. One of the zippers on the side also seems to have a problem as well. This bag should not already be having problems I JUST GAVE IT TO HIM IN SEPTEMBER FOR HIS BDAY. WHAT DO YOU PLAN ON DOING TO RESOLVE THIS PROBLEM. WHEN WE RECVD IT WE WERE PLEASED WITH THE BAG BUT AFTER ONLY ONE USE THIS SHOULD NOT HAVE HAPPENED. My plan was to add to this luggage a piece at a time for him. I was looking at ordering another piece for his Christmas but right now we are neither one pleased.
