"I travelled with this bag for the first time this week and I am, quite frankly, disappointed. The online picture gives the impression that the front section can hold a lot but, in fact, there is no room for expansion of the wall of the section (except to the inside of the bag) so only very flat items actually fit into this front section. The inside is fairly spacious and can hold my small briefcase but it was a stretch (which the walls of this bag do NOT do) to also fit in a book. The biggest inconvenience was related to the fact that there is no way to hold this bag while opening it to remove (or insert) anything, such as the laptop at airport security. The only handle is attached to the zippered panel that opens to the inside of the main bag (and opens up the entire front of the bag) and there is no shoulder strap. Thus you must sit the bag down and fiddle with it for everything. It fits perfectly under the seat on the airplane! After changing planes 3 times on one of my recent vacations and having to race from one end of the airport to the other with a tote bag on my shoulder, I was exhausted and in PAIN! When I saw this bag, it was the answer I had been looking for. It is the size of a tote bag, but it has wheels and a concealed telescoping handle. No more sore shoulders! It also has a terrific organizer zippered compartment! What a great idea! What can I say? I LOVE IT!" "I use this bag to carrying my briefcase and file folders on planes as well as for a long weekend's worth of clothes--this bag does it all! The wheels make this the complete bag to wheel though the airport and onto the plane. Great size for under the seat or overhead storage. The plastic lined section is perfect for those carry on items I don't want to break. Tickets, boarding passes, and a book fit nicely into the outer pocket."
